Mickey has a background in engineering and is an experienced manager with over 10 years of working in advisory and consulting roles. He has strong capital project analysis knowledge with a creative approach to drive collaboration and growth. He founded and is a Director of Klipspringer International Ventures Ltd. where he advised on access to capital markets and transactional support on a variety of investment structures in Canada and abroad. He completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Memorial University, Newfoundland, Canada and holds a Master of Technology Management in engineering and applied science.

Allison Tomek
Allison Tomek is a seasoned investor relations executive, with more than 20 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, and corporate governance practices. She has held investor relations and corporate communications roles at NYSE, NASDAQ, the former AMEX, and OTC companies. Her experience covers a variety of industries including railroads, pharmaceuticals, radio frequency identification, glass strengthening technologies, and more. She is well versed in corporate actions including M&A, strategic messaging, and regulatory compliance.
Ms. Tomek began her investor relations and corporate communications career at RailAmerica, an acquirer and operator of short-line and regional railroads. She later went on to lead the investor relations department at Andrx Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of generic and branded pharmaceuticals through the time of its acquisition by Watson Pharmaceuticals for $1.9 billion. She also established the IR department and participated in the initial public offering for VeriChip Corporation, a provider of RFID technologies for patient identification. Ms. Tomek has also managed the IR function at a couple of OTC companies.
Ms. Tomek served as the two-term president and member of the South Florida chapter of the National Investor Relations Institute. She has also served as corporate secretary for the boards of directors of several public companies and in a director capacity. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in News/Editorial from the School of Journalism and Mass Communication at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Ajay Tandon is a Senior Capital Markets Advisor at Exchange Listing and is the Founder of Tand Capital LLC, a capital formation advisory firm specializing in Regulation A+, Regulation CF, and microcap IPOs. With over 25 years of investment banking and capital markets experience, Ajay has successfully raised more than $500 million across 25+ transactions spanning technology, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and biotech sectors.
Prior to founding Tand Capital, Ajay served as Head of Investment Development at MDR Capital, where he led 50 investments for the single-family office of a former Goldman Sachs senior partner. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of Equity Capital Markets at Maxim Group, where he led the origination and execution of IPOs, follow-on offerings, and private placements.
He graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Arts degree.

Veronica is a globally minded entrepreneur who began her journey in the media industry before expanding into international business events and financial investment. A Malaysian citizen, Veronica is a graduate of a Singapore University (has renamed as National University Of Singapore) and previously held Singapore Permanent Resident status. She gained valuable professional experience working with major international organizations, including American Express Singapore and the Television Corporation of Singapore—experience that later became instrumental in shaping her cross-border business ventures.
She has organized major ASEAN and global forums, including successful international investment conferences in Cyberjaya Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, attracting investors from the United States, China, and various other regions.
Veronica later partnered with U.S. capital markets expert Peter Goldstein to launch the IPO Summit across Asia—covering Malaysia, Singapore, and
Hong Kong—supporting high-potential companies in preparing for entry
into the U.S. capital markets, including Nasdaq.

Terrence Fong is a 25-year veteran in the Malaysian IT & Office Automation World. He graduated from Cyma College of Commerce with a business diploma and proceeded to climb the corporate ladder starting with Rank Xerox Inc. where he received extensive professional sales training. At the impressive age of 28, he was appointed the Country Manager of Aztech Malaysia, the subsidiary of Singapore listed, Aztech Group. He then proceeded to manage several Multi-National Company (MNC) subsidiaries in Malaysia as their Country Manager including JardineOne Solution (JOS) of Hong Kong, the IT arm of Jardine Matheson Conglomerate and Ingram Micro, a Fortune 50 and world largest IT Distribution Company.
His entrepreneurship journey began 15 years ago, where he was extensively exposed to international travel, seminars, trade shows & exhibitions and acquired a solid set of business associates around the globe.
The adventurous and exciting journey in Capital Markets arises through his association with a prominent financial authority in Asia Pacific which lead to 3 exciting years in the business development of SPAC opportunities across the ASEAN region.
The chance meetup of Exchange Listing’s owners with Terrence in Malaysia lead to his current position of spearheading the business development in Asia Pacific which is currently the hottest and most exciting area of economic growth and expansion for at least the decade to come.

Natalie Durbin
Natalie began her career in the stock market in the late 90s working for National Capital Companies, an investment bank advising and executing on middle market corporate finance and merger & acquisition transactions. She fell in love with the entrepreneurial side of the industry, and had the pleasure of taking more than 500 companies public to the OTC market. From there, Natalie branched out to explore all aspects of the industry, working in various capacities for reputable firms – such as Stifel Nicolaus, Lincoln Financial and Raymond James – utilizing Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 designations. More than two decades later, her passion and expertise is still channeled to help companies grow into thriving and successful public entities.
